CD16是低吸附的IgG FC受体III（FcR III），CD32是FC受体II（FcR II），CD16/ CD32表达于B细胞、单核细胞、NK细胞、粒细胞、肥大细胞、树突状细胞（低水平）、Kupffer细胞、未成熟胸腺细胞和某些活化的成熟T淋巴细胞。FC受体结合抗体-抗原免疫复合物，介导适应性免疫应答。FcR表达细胞在免疫荧光染色中有时出现假阳性或假阴性结果，原因在于FcRs介导的Ig Fc结合性。

| 产品介绍 | This gene encodes a cytokine that functions in inflammation and the maturation of B cells. In addition, the encoded protein has been shown to be an endogenous pyrogen capable of inducing fever in people with autoimmune diseases or infections. The protein is primarily produced at sites of acute and chronic inflammation, where it is secreted into the serum and induces a transcriptional inflammatory response through interleukin 6 receptor, alpha. The functioning of this gene is implicated in a wide variety of inflammation-associated disease states, including suspectibility to diabetes mellitus and systemic juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Background Information:
Mouse Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (mLIF) promotes proliferation and maintains long-term pluripotency of mouse embryonic stem (mES) and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells by suppressing spontaneous differentiation.
小鼠白血病抑制因子(mLIF)通过抑制小鼠胚胎干细胞(mES)和诱导多能干细胞(iPS)的自发分化，促进细胞增殖并维持其长期多能性。
Applications:
VISTECH® mLIF is supplied in liquid form as 10000× in 1.0 mL of phosphate buffered saline with 1% w/v bovine serum albumin BSA as a carrier for stability. Vistech mLIF is used as a reagent for the in vitro maintenance of the pluripotential phenotype of mouse ES cells and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. The working concentration is recommended at 0.1 μL mLIF per 1 mL culture medium. So each package of VF-LIF103U can make up 10 L culture medium of mES and iPS.
