细胞类型（Cell type）：Murine long bone osteocyte Y4 (MLO-Y4)

实验方法（Assay）：The synchronized MLO-Y4, cultured in serum-free medium for 24 h before each experiment, were pretreated for 30 min at 37 °C with DMSO (1%) or Nec-1 (30 mmol/l) and then treated with TNF-α (100 ng/ml) for 24 h.

体内研究：

动物模型（Animal Model）：Male C57BL/6 mice (6–8 weeks old, 20 ± 2 g)

实验目的（Objective）：To examine the protective effects and mechanisms of Nec-1 in concanavalin A- (ConA-) induced hepatitis in mice.

注射剂量（Dosages）：Nec-1 was dissolved in 0.5% DMSO at a concentration of 5mg/mL and was injected intraperitoneally at a dose of 1.8mg/kg body weight. the Nec-1 pretreatment group was injected intraperitoneally with Nec-1 1h before the ConA challenge.

给药途径（Administration）：Intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection

体内研究：

动物模型（Animal Model）：Male C57BL/6 mice, 8–10 weeks old

注射剂量（Dosages）：Mice received an intravenous injection of 12.5 mg/kg Nec-1, which was dissolved in DMSO diluted in a warm saline solution. Control mice were intravenously injected with the same volume of DMSO in a warm saline solution.

体内研究：

动物模型（Animal Model）：Male Sprague-Dawley rats, weighing 260 to 280 g induced as experimental RD.

实验目的（Objective）：Investigate the role of necrostatin-1 on photoreceptor survival and functional protection after experimental retinal detachment (RD) in rats.

注射剂量（Dosages）：At RD or 6 hours afterward, 5 μL of 400 μmol/L necrostatin-1, an inactive analogue of necrostatin-1 (necrostatin-1i), or vehicle [DMSO] was administered into the subretinal space of the experimental eyes.
